I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location in the Kempten area was perfect as it was right in the city center. The room was spacious and comfortable, providing me with all the amenities I needed for a pleasant stay. The staff was friendly and attentive, offering excellent room service and laundry facilities. I also appreciated the convenience of the paid airport shuttle, making my travel experience hassle-free. Additionally, the hotel offered a welcome drink upon arrival, making me feel instantly pampered.

The hotel had a lovely restaurant on the premises, which was very convenient.

The noise from the street made it difficult to sleep at night, which was a bit disappointing.
